The inevitable trashy blond has told The National Enquirer that she is Charlie Sheen's secret lovah. The bleached and surgically enhanced Chloe Jones claims the "Two and a Half Men" star recently paid her more than $15,000 for sex and even asked the former porn star and prostitute to marry him. But Jones isn't doing this for the publicity. She says she recently had a "near-death experience that made me decide to put that life behind me." Sheen's rep says Jones is a big fat liar and the actor hasn't seen her since 1996.
